We will constantly update our website whenever there are either new products or exciting promotion!
Would Baby Lounge carry the same products continually?
Yes, we will. We ensure all hot and best-selling products are on shelf all the time!
What happen if the items I order are out of stock?
This is no doubt that some items are fast selling than the other, but we do indicate the availability of all products. The colour of the item code will be changed if an item is not available. The colour indications are: Available; Limited; Sold.

- On the right navigation panel of our site, scroll down until you see "subscribe to Baby Lounge".
- Fill in your email address and then click [Subscribe].
- You will be required to type a text you see in a box in a pop up window. Then, click [Submit].
- Once submitted, an email will be sent to your registered email. You will need to click the link in the email to activate your subscription.

Ordering
Do you have a minimum order for each purchase?
No, we do not set a minimum order for each purchase. However, only purchase above RM150 will be entitled for free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. (kindly refer to Shopping Guide).
Is the price shown on the website negotiable?
I'm afraid not. The price shown on the website is final. No negotiation is possible.
Do you do cash on delivery/self pick-up?
No, we don't do COD/self pick-up.
I have submitted my order form, what is next? How can i track the status of my order?
We understand your excitement of anticipation to receive your items, so we will keep you posted in any stages of your orders, right from the starts of ordering until when exactly will you be expecting it!
Here are the stages we meant:
- Order Confirmed – This email informs you that we have received your order and will process as soon as payment is made.
- Payment Received – This email confirms the receipt of your payment and your order will be finalised and shipped out.
- Order Processed – This email notify your order have been shipped out to you with the consignment number for tracking purposes.
- Order Completed – This email confirms the item has been safely delivered to you.
Although you have submitted the order form, payment has to be made as soon as possible in order to reserve the item.
We will only be keeping pending orders for 5 days. If we do not receive payment or hear from you withing the above-mentioned period, we will then remove your orders that are unpaid.
How long do I have to wait to receive my items?
As all our products are ready stock, so you will receive your items in 2-3 working days after payment is made.
Delivery schedule as below:
- Payment made before 4pm – Items will be shipped on the next working day.
- Payment made after 4pm – Items will be shipped on the following working day.
The currency used in this site is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM).
Am i able to change my order?
I'm afraid not. Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to make any changes to order including cancellations.
Can I request you to send the items as a gift to someone?
Yes, definitely! This is why we offer gift-wrapping service. We also offer dispatch service to deliver your gift personally to your recipient at minimal charges within Klang Valley.

How can I pay?
Currently, we only accept payment through Maybank. Payment can be done either through:

[+] Online banking/transfer - Login to Maybank2u or any respective online bank accounts and make your transaction
Delivery Information
How much does my delivery charges cost?
Delivery charges are differing from location to location and the quantity of your purchases. Generally, postage for Poslaju will cost around RM6-RM12 for parcels below 2kg.

Do you offer free postage?
Yes, we do. We offer free postage for purchases above RM100 in a single order within Peninsular Malaysia.
Do you deliver to East Malaysia?

Do you deliver to outside Malaysia?

Can I return an item after it is delivered to me?

Can I request for special delivery date?
Yes, you can. This option is already included in the order form. You can indicate a specific delivery date and time when you place your order.

We have a warehouse in Melaka but we do not have a showroom/outlet at the moment. Nevertheless, please rest assure that we can be reachable via phone or email if you need assistance for shopping with our online store.
