How to order? It's as simple as can be!

Step 1: Get the Shopping Started

Browse on our e-catalogue that is located on the left navigation panel to see the picture and information of our products (pricing, material, size, etc) and choose the items you would like to purchase. You can check the availability of the items that you wish to purchase through the font colour reflected from the item code. The colour indications are: Availale; Limited; Sold.

Before proceeding to order, kindly read, understand, and agree to the
Terms & Conditions.

Step 2: Placing Order
Once you have chosen the items you want to purchase, all you have to do next is to fill up the order form on the right navigation panel of this site or send us an email at
mybabylounge@yahoo.com with the following details:



  • Billing name
  • Billing contact number
  • Delivery address
  • Item code & quantity
  • Shipping mode [self pick-up/delivery]
  • Preferred date of collection/delivery
  • Preferred COD date & time (if applicable)
  • Recipient name (if applicable)
  • Recipient contact number (if applicable)
  • Recipient address (if applicable)
  • Location type (if applicable)
  • Message on card (if applicable)
* The order form is designed for 10 items. If you order more than 10 items, kindly write the additional items in the remarks column.

Step 3: Receiving Order Confirmation
After submitting the order form, you will receive an order confirmation with a reference number and payment information including bank details and total amount that is need to be paid.


As all orders are processed manually, we will try our best to revert with a purchase order confirmation within 24 hours.

Step 4: Making Payment
Once you have received the order confirmation with payment details from us, you may proceed to payment. Currently, we only accept payment through Maybank.

Payment can be done either through:
[+] Direct bank deposit - Deposit cash at any Maybank Cash ATM
[+] Online banking/transfer - Login to Maybank2u.com or any respective online bank accounts and make your transaction.


Once the payment is made successfully, please send us an email stating the order reference number, method of payment, date, time, and amount, so that we can confirm the receipt of your payment and reserve the items for you.

Please note that we will only be keeping pending orders for 5 days. If we do not receive any payment or hear from you within the above-mentioned period, we will then remove your orders that are not paid.

Step 5: Receiving Your Items
As all our products are ready stock, so your items can be shipped out right away payment is received and verified. You can expect to receive your items in 2-3 working days after payment is made.

Delivery schedule as below:

  • Payment made before 11.30am - Items will be shipped on the next working day.
  • Payment made after 11.30am - Items will be shipped on the following working day.

** Please note that the cut off time is 1pm, items must be sent before 1pm to be delivered on the next working day.


Shipping & Delivery
Delivery for domestic orders will be done through PosLaju and the rates apply as below:

Poslaju:
1-3 items or 1g-500g: RM6.00
4-6 items or 501g-750g: RM7.00
7-9 items or 751g-1kg: RM8.00
10-12 items or 1.01kg-1.25kg: RM9.50
12 items and above or 1.251g and above: [to be advised]

We're pleased to offer free delivery for purchases above RM100 in single order within Peninsular Malaysia.

If you do not received your items within 3-4 working days, kindly notify us immediately, we will assist to track your parcel with our courier service provider.
