Baby Lounge reserves the rights to adjust any published price of any products due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
We will always send you an email confirmation upon successfully placing an order. The confirmation will include details of your order, including your chosen delivery address. We will also inform you when your order is being prepared for shipping, along with a final email to let you know that the order has been dispatched.
No cancellation will be entertained once the order is confirmed and processed. Full amount paid will be refunded if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed period. Returns & Exchanges
We're sorry to inform you that all goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
All our goods are inspected for quality and defects before sending them out, we guarantee all items are in perfect condition when we deliver them out. We have also included the product descriptions for all items, so please ensure that you know well about the product you're purchasing before proceeding to order.
However, on rare occasions, we do allow returns and the details are as below:
- Defects that we might missed out (kindly take a picture of the defects/stains and email to us for justifications.
- The item received is faulty.
- The item received is the wrong item, colour or size.
To request a return, the following guidelines apply:
- All returns must be notified within 2 days of receipt of your order and be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt of your items.
- Exchanged items must be unsoiled, unwashed and unstained.
- Items to be returned/sent back with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition
- Discounted/special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges.
- Returned Items should be sent to us at customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
- Baby Lounge reserves the rights to refuse a return or exchange of any items that does not meet the requirements stated in our return policy.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back to us for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure the items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. Thanks much!
